Navigated the political intricacies of a company merger, while leveraging synergies between each companies product categories. Conceived of and successfully implemented a patented, constraint based “proprietary” retail marketing system to defend against low cost, imported competitive products.

Proposed then cultivated a diversely talented internal creative team to address all marketing and communications challenges previously outsourced. Responsibilities included management of up to ten creative personalities ( designers, illustrators, web masters, writers), configuration and ownership of all external trade events, vendor relationships and telecommunications product development. Successfully envisioned and patented a simple to use, universal data collection device to assist manufacturing with internal statistical process control practices. Interfaced with automotive customers ( Ford & Chrysler) with respect to existing and potential manufacturing contracts.
