Our services are available on a “project by project” basis or may be retained via an extended contract.

A detailed “Scope of Work / Project Estimate”

is carefully crafted for all projects. This important document outlines and describes all facets of the project, clearly defining the responsibilities of both client and LK&A. The project schedule, form of deliverables and payment

time-table are all documented.

If acceptable to client, a “Confirmation of Engagement” agreement is then derived from the Scope of Work and must be signed and agreed to by both client and LK&A.

Project costs are determined by a

number of factors:

1. 1.Execution Time - Project task execution is broken down into various phases.
   

2. 2.Materials - Includes all materials, sub-contractor fees etc.
   

3. 3.Expenses - All necessary & customary expenses such as required project travel etc.
